Shipping

We do not charge you extra shipping costs unless the situation requires it. Should this be necessary, we will let you know ahead of time and the fee will be kept as low as possible.

We are capable of using different means for shipping, but often find the US Postal Service (USPS) to be the best and cheapest. 

Our favorite is USPS flat rate priority, for you can fit many items in one envelope or box for one low fee.  

We are happy to give shipping quotes from the USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Care of Our Items

We strive to find the highest quality  linens and materials. When possible, the linens have been laundered (such as with the towels and challah cover fabrics) to assure that your custom embroidery will look as wonderful as possible for the life of your item.

Most of our linens can be machine washed. Please check the back of your package for care. If you are in doubt about how to care for your item, please e-mail us at anizochertjudaica@comcast.net.

Under no circumstances do we encourage the use of chlorine bleach in liquid or powder form. These products can cause colors to bleed and fade, rendering your item useless.

In the cases of velvet or ladies' scarves, your packaging will note whether dry cleaning or hand washing is appropriate. We have also found that some of the home dry cleaning dryer kits to be effective for cleaning and deodorizing as well.

 Custom Orders

When you request a custom order, your order is entered onto a form where specific questions will be asked regarding the color, size, shape, etc. of the item. Included will be a finish date and a received date, so that we are both clear on what you desire and when you want it. 

At the time of order, you will be asked to approve this form, so that we are both in agreement of the special order.

Returns

We strive to make items that are high quality and worry free. Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for the maintenance and care of it, particularly if prior communication has occurred regarding your item.

Should you have concerns regarding your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt so we can assist you in a timely manner.

On the other hand, if you have not made any attempt to contact us or to allow us to correct the problem, we reserve the right to introduce you to the Head of our Customer Service Department.
